I was in the US navy for 12 years, I traveled around the world learning these secrets, my friends said Tim people don't get bbq like this so they talked me into starting my business.

    Tim is the character... especially when he is having them brewskis. Time also loves the ladies and pays attention to everything, even when you don't think he's paying attention.

    To say I love bbq is in understatement; from the marinating of meats, to lighting the wood, to the excitement of hearing the sizzle when the meat is put on the grill... I love it all. This affinity for bbq also causes me to often get let down, whether its is from over cooked to poorly flavored meat. I was so relieved when I ate Tim take on smoking meats.

    What I thought was a brew and bratwurst pub ended up being a very good smoked BBQ meat joint. The South Smokin BBQ is a bit confused not as there is no mention outside the other establishment that there is another BBQ establishment embedded inside.
